    What makes your tea different from other brands?

    • Our teas are sourced directly from China, offering authentic Chinese tea from renowned tea-growing regions. We focus on purity and tradition, ensuring that each cup is as close to the source as possible, with no additives or artificial flavorings. 

    Do your teas contain caffeine?

    • Yes, most of our teas contain naturally occurring caffeine. The average cup of caffeinated tea contains around 20-50 mg of caffeine, significantly less than a cup of coffee. We currently don’t offer caffeine-free options, but we plan to explore them in the future.

    How should I brew my tea?

    • Each tea is unique, and we recommend checking the brewing guide on each product page. For most teas, we suggest specific water temperatures and steeping times. Whether you prefer hot brew, cold brew, or flash brew, we’ve got the perfect method for you.

     When does tea expire?

    • The expiration date is printed on each package. Generally, green, white, oolong, and black teas are best consumed within 2-3 years. However, dark teas like ripe Pu'er can improve with age, becoming richer in flavor over time due to the fermentation process.

    Are your teas gluten-free?

    • Yes, all of our teas are naturally gluten-free and are not produced in environments that handle gluten-containing ingredients.

     Can I reuse the tea leaves?

    • Absolutely! Chinese tea is known for its multiple infusions. You can steep your tea leaves several times to enjoy a rich, evolving flavor profile. Brew more, waste less!

    Where are your teas sourced from?

    • Our teas come from some of the most renowned tea-growing regions in China, including Yunnan, Fujian, and Zhejiang provinces. Each region offers a unique flavor profile due to its climate, altitude, and tea-making traditions.

    Do your teas contain any added flavors or preservatives?

    • No, all our teas are pure and natural with no added flavorings, preservatives, or sugars. We believe in bringing you the true essence of each tea.

    Are your teas organic?

    • Most of our teas are organically sourced. Some, like our Silver Needle White Tea, meet the European Union standards, which ensure high quality, although they are not labeled 100% organic. We carefully select each tea to guarantee purity and quality.

    Where do you ship to?

    • Currently, we only ship to the United States. We are working on expanding our shipping options to other markets, so stay tuned for updates!

    What is your shipping policy?

    • We offer standard international shipping to the U.S., which takes 6-10 business days. A flat shipping rate of $7 applies to all orders.

     Do you offer faster shipping options?

    • At the moment, we only offer standard shipping. Shipping food items internationally involves strict regulations, and offering faster options would significantly increase costs. However, we are always exploring more affordable shipping partners.

    How can I track my order?

    • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order’s progress online.

    What is your return policy?

    • Due to the nature of food products, we don’t accept returns. However, if you have any issues with your order, please contact us within 30 days, and we will take good care of you.

    Can I cancel or modify my order?

    • If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

     Do you offer wholesale?

    • Currently, we do not offer wholesale options. However, if you have any inquiries, feel free to contact us via email.
